Super Samir
Super Samir, "Speaker Test"
Super Samir dives deep into Drum’n’Bass with his latest track, Speaker Test. The idea for the track came from an unexpected place: a short clip of a Japanese hula dance instructor saying migi/hidari (right/left). That moment sparked a memory of an old audio test CD from childhood, where different sine waves and noise played across various frequencies.
What started as an experiment turned into a low-end challenge—maximizing sub and bass while keeping the mix tight. Turn it up and put your sound system to work.
Super Samir x CLRS, "Tides"
Tides by Super Samir and CLRS emerged from an electronic jam session that captured a sense of release and transition. Written during a pivotal moment in Andre’s life and career, the track reflects a state of letting go—flowing and shifting like its namesake. Built around spontaneous exploration, it aim to balances movement and stillness, structure and drift.
Super Samir, "Ballpark"
Ballpark builds its rhythm from the sounds of little league players catching and hitting baseballs, turning the energy of the game into driving percussion. A lone giant stands in the stadium, towering and imposing, as the track pulses with a mechanical intensity. The result is a blend of organic and synthetic, where everyday sounds take on a new, unexpected form.
